  1. Pay the listed deposit.
  2. Enter into a Finance Agreement .
  3. Select the term 1 yr ,5 yrs ,8 yrs or 10Yrs
  4. Interest depends on the term : 1 yr Interest-free, 5 yrs to 10 yrs 1.5% above National lending Rate.
  5. Title Deeds are Issued and released from bank freehold upon the signing of Agreement and receipt of the deposit .
  6. All Designs and decor built and completed 60 days after signing.
  7. If a Shell is bought , immediate possession is granted.
  8. Maintenance fee is 40 baht per m2.
